ZigZags: High, Medium, Low.

Nearly identical chevron rugs.
I have yet to see the low end version of this rug, but $69 for a 5′ x 7′ rug !!!! You pretty much cant beat that. I especially love the idea of the cheap one because chevron is so trendy… I’m gonna say cheap and cheerful is definitely the way to go on this one!
Someone please make this room:
I want to sell of my entire apartment and start over. I know you all feel like this once in a while too. (I’m not going to, but I want to.)
Anyway… This is how I would do jewel tones: Mixed with pastels and masculine neutrals.

Things you should know about.
Random stuff that I am loving these days:
1. This rug is one of my favorite secret things ever. Its a WOVEN LEATHER RUG. So basically, its a rag rug made out of leather. But its less than $200 bucks for huge sizes like 8 x10 and 10 x 14. Amazing price for the size, plus I am in love with the texture! From HERE.
2. Also in love with this rug… Its a striped cowhide patchwork. YAY for this rug. $480
3. I also love this waterfall table. Very good price for what it is. $279
4.Cowhide X Bench $350
5. Its on Sale! Forget it! The chair sold out in the time between when I wrote this (2 AM) and this morning! UGH!
6. Awesome carved stool $650
7. Fun side table $85
8. My fave pillow ever to come out of Cb2. $34
9. Poufs in neutral colors… YAY. $395
10. Acrylic Table $799
11. Hot pink chair- so cute for a desk or vanity, but I also love a few at a kitchen table $150
Vintage Ombre Glassware
After seeing my vintage lavender ombre salad bowls a lot of you asked where I got them.

They also came with a big salad bowl… Here is an older pic:

I tried to do some internet scouting for you all, but the best I could come up with was a nice collection of silver rimmed glasses on Etsy.

So I decided to share some more of my pictures from the particular antique store that I bought them from:

I know Im nuts for not buying more of it. But honestly, six glasses is not going to much for me anyway, so I will pass on the info on to you.
I bought them from the Antique Emporium of Asbury Park.
I cant promise they will still be there, but I did see them in the fall – the start of the low season there- and they typically have a very slow turn around, so calling them could be worth a try.
If you live near there, its definitely worth a trip… This is where I found my Picasso book, my miniature knight and my little lucite stool.
And if not, you could try calling them:
Antique Emporium of Asbury Park

Hours of operation are:
Monday – Saturday 11 AM – 5 PM
Sunday Noon – 5 PM

Intelligent Design?
Guess what these are:

Paintings? Rugs? Tapestries? Drawings? Maps of the earth?
Well- They are slabs. Slabs of marble, onyx and granite at my new favorite marble yard…. Yes, I was back at the marble yard! This was my first time at this one and a full write up is coming soon, but I just couldnt resist posting these and suggesting you hang them on your wall like a painting.
And I couldn’t help but notice eery similarities between this slab and a painting I made last week:

Its like that slab was in my head, except I didn’t see it until today. CRAZY.
