OLD PIRATES…

Old pirates, yes, they rob I;

Sold I to the merchant ships,

Minutes after they took I

From the bottomless pit.

But my hand was made strong

By the ‘and of the Almighty.

We forward in this generation

Triumphantly.

Won’t you help to sing
This songs of freedom

‘Cause all I ever have:

Redemption songs;
Redemption songs.

Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery;

None but ourselves can free our minds.

Have no fear for atomic energy,

‘Cause none of them can stop the time

How long shall they kill our prophets,

While we stand aside and look?

Ooh!

Some say it’s just a part of it:

We’ve got to fullfil the book.

Won’t you help to sing

This songs of freedom-

‘Cause all I ever have:

Redemption songs;

Redemption songs;

Redemption songs.
Hello again! So this weekend, I took a little trip where I thought I would have TONS of wifi, and instead I had very little wifi. Like maybe a strand of bandwidth of wifi… So I disconnected. Got back to “ROOTS COOLNESS” as my yogini friend would say. I felt free again. And what’s awesome is- no matter where you go in the world, if you bring your camera, you can make art. It’s freaking amazing really. I always need an adventure, so one day I paddled out on a paddle board to this distant abandoned structure -with cameras in a surf bag- washed up on a rocky beach, scaled a wall, explored. Oh and that first photo is my new favorite photo in the world of me. In my head, I always look that cool. Adventures in Awesome. I hope you enjoy!
