Im not an inspirational quote kind of girl, but someone said this to me a few weeks ago, and it really stuck with me. So I made this little image….now I kinda want to hang it in my daughter’s room. I never want anything to dull her sparkle. (And sometimes the advice we give our kids is the advice we should be giving ourselves.)

You should turn this into your signature quote and say it to your grandchildren until one day it will be like this family legend, and whenever someone in a future generation is feeling down, someone will say, "Remember what Gramma Nicole always said: Don't let other people dull your sparkle." That's long-term planning for you. But we have that in my family - "Grammy Lou always says, Least said, soonest mended."
