Im not going to lie, it bugs me a little that every season designers all do the same thing. Like everyone jumps on the shoe boot thing, or the oxford thing etc etc… I know that its due to trend forecasting, but I still find it strange and annoying.
Anyhoo-Some of my favorite shoes of the season go head to head:
Manolo $595 vs Louboutin $445 I choose the loubs based on price and looks! Love!
Marc Jacobs $575 vs Jill Sander $495 Jill Sander wins because of price and also style. More bang for your buck.
Proenza Schouler $595 vs Lanvin $995 So I actually like the Lanvin better. How bout you?

I have to say I’m not really impressed… and I love me some shoes!
oh no. I didn’t mean to yell with the exclamation point….I just get excited about shoes :) I think I was just a little disappointed about the Lavin line this Spring..
I adore shoes I don’t adore these prices though. I know what you mean about VERY similar styles by competing Fashion Designers!
