This is an awesome idea for a HUGE wall over a sofa that needs filling. Really big artwork can be very, very expensive, but this idea is easy as pie and will really pull a room together. DO IT!!!!!

I’ve been thinking about doing this because it’s easier than waiting to be inspired to paint something. I’ll let you know when I do!

Thank you! I fixed it!!! I saw it in person too and remembered it when I saw the other room. I thought it was JD for some reason, I googled it and this came up on Elle Decor’s website… So I thought I was right about who designed it…Im a dummy. To be fair, Im sleep deprived and I havent left the house in 2 weeks.
I’ve also seen this idea done where they paint the canvas the same color of the wall. First I thought it was weird then I was like maybe they have something there! I love these bright ones though, they are more my style!
