I’m obsessed with this china.

I really am. I think about it. I visit it in Bergdorf’s all the time.
I think its just about as chic as you can get in terms of china. SO simple and yet, if you get a color… sophisticated but playful…

The only problem is… which color? I LOVE the pistachio, the mandarin, the lavender, that blue? Oh god… they are all so pretty… The Bloomingdales Haviland China page looks like Skittles…
(Do you match your china to your decor? Or just go with something you love? These things are supposed to last a lifetime. My grandmother and mom both still have- and use- their wedding china.)

You can buy it HERE. But if you do I will be really jealous. Maybe I will buy myself one place setting a month.
*Update: Husband just said that if I actually start cooking minimum 3x a week I can buy the china. Let’s see how long that lasts!

Of course I want the black set. Ive had my eye on them for a while. But oh the price….

I know… Brutal. Husband said “Lets talk after you have cooked 9 meals… last year you didnt cook 12 meals the whole year!”
Oh goodness- would love the turqouise or lilac set- don’t even want to know the price.
Oh wow, would it be a sin to layer some of my favorite colors together? That way I wouldn’t have to choose. Good luck on the cooking!
No… ive seen it done. its pretty.
