Impulse buys of the week: A Roundup

First, these gigantic cherry blossom branches! I saw them in the window of a flower shop, went in and bought the whole bunch! They are so tall they almost touch the ceiling! The pictures look so weird cause its so gray out today… Sorry about that! Then these hot pink candles al la Eddie Ross! A potted hyacinth that I am going to cover in moss till it looks good in that bowl.
Two Scalamandre Coral Leather hides that I bought at yesterday’s warehouse sale!!! What should I do with them? I think they look so awesome in my black& white bedroom… Maybe a french chair in the corner? A roll on the bed? pillows? What do you think?

I think a chair in that coral leather would be beyond amazing in your bedroom.

I love cherry blossom branches, although I usually put mine on the floor because they’re so tall. The coral leather is fantastic, you should just place touches of it all over your black and white room.

Not enough for a headboard… tables would be cool! Maybe for a dresser or something under the tv!

I cant listen to Miss Spider talk because its the voice of Charlotte from SATC- I thought it was her for weeks then I finally IMDB-ed it cause I had to confirm.

A little tufted ottoman, cause I like my coral leather touches in small doses. Am stealing that cherry branch photo for inspiration for something I have been wanting to do in my own home for over a year. What city are all these stores in, Atlanta?

I like the tufted ottoman idea! Steal away! If you want I’ll take a better one tomorrow if the sun comes out.

We live in NYC btw.

Oh also, I put those hides on the messy bed! I could have put them in a neat corner for the photo- lol. I didn’t notice the sock till later though!
