With the return of the Lomino (Thanks MFAB!)- minded aesthetic and the influx of new swoon worthy photos… I couldnt help but wonder: How many tchochkes are too many? I have this fight with my mom all the time. She loves the tchochkes! She wants to put vases and Oraphors and Lalique on every surface, and I just have to rip em off!

The layered look is a great way to style a photo, but in our homes and real lives:

These are pics of Eddie Ross’s house from Lonny. Now, Eddie Ross loves himself some stuff!! I guess the thing is, HE IS AN FN GENIUS and everything he does (except for that awful dining room for Top Design) is so damn perfect!
Then there is this pic, also from Lonny. Limited tchochkes- simpler look.  Does anyone else find this room to be just eh? Imagine being in the room, don’t think the little mini coffee table thats like 3 feet from the couches would really be too pleasant to set your glass on. I digress.

So, to stuff or not to stuff? What do we think?
