Taxidermy is not chic…
How and why has taxidermy become a serious design trend? 
Just what every house needs, a stuffed deer.
Or a peacock.
Or a moose head.
Or these weird wire sculptures (?) with fur.
Or a wall full of heads.
Or a duck lamp.
This is the worst. The New York Times, that’s right, The NYT are calling these people ANTIQUARIANS and its supposed to be cool. Ew. They must have a hundred dead animals in this room. 
I saved the worst for last. Truly heart-breaking and gross. Bottom line: Taxidermy is NOT CHIC.

I could not agree more. I have never understood that people think of murder as art. They all bother me, but I think the Peacock really creeps me out. And do you dust dead the carcass of the animals you display? yuck.
