Rhapsody in Gray

ED0108_lhuillier_03OK. You have seen these pics before, but the absolutely stunning home of designer Monique Lhuillier is just so gorgeous I had to post it. It inspired a lot of the choices I made in my own home, like the gray and silver color scheme.

    I cannot even tell you how many people brought this magazine into our office and asked for their home to look like this. Perfect because that is totally our office style. The only trouble was when people started getting worried that it looked boring and never committed. That is the problem with people in Orange County sometimes…no vision.

      It takes a lot of will power and restraint to keep to such a focused vision. I’m sure that house is even more gorgeous in person, because supposedly all of the different grays are textured. I love it!
