MMmmmMMM! If only I had the right house for this…I love. I do currently have on my wishlist for my next home project the most beautiful weathered oak floors!

I love them, but they dont work everywhere… So many NYC apartments come with old and ugly parquet floors, painting them white or black is a really great option.
Weathered oak floors can be gorgeous and charming. I’ve seen some really stunning examples… cant wait to see!
