My Eddie Ross Moment

A couple of months ago Eddie Ross transformed this:

I was already working on a chair that my husband and I have lovingly * sarcasm*  dubbed The Ebay Chair.

First I had to haul myself down to Port Authority to pick up this chair — literally with my own hands— haul it home in a van taxi, look for fabric and find the cheapest upholsterer. The fabric is from B&J Fabric in the garment district.

I am so upset but LOST THE BEFORE PICTURE!!!!! Im so mad at myself. I emailed my ebay seller to see if he can send me them again. But, Im too excited about the chair to wait to post it. When I get the pics, if I get them, Ill post em  later. Just imagine that it looked something like the Eddie Ross chair. Ebay Chair Finished

Here it is in the room:

  1. WOW!!! Simply stunning!!!! What kind of chair is that? What era? You did an AWESOME job. Thanks for the heads up for the cheapest upholstery fabric in the City.

    • Honestly, I have no idea about what the chair is. All I know is that I loved the shape and that was what I wanted… I have more updated pictures of the room all over the blog.
